Chloe goes to school

August 16th was Chloe's first day of preschool. She was very excited and did very well. Her teacher is Miss Curtis and she really seems to love her. We went for an ice cream treat after school to celebrate her first day, she wanted a picture of her yummy ice cream too :). We are happy she is doing well but it will be an adjustment for us all

  We are about 2 weeks into the school year and Chloe is loving it. She looks forward to school,has made a friend named Katie and even gotten a sticker and prize for good behavior :)

first food

Brooke is now into the world of food. I made and gave her first one on friday, avocado. It went a lot better than Chloe's first food of green beans. Brooke ate some and opened her mouth several more times to get more, tomorrow we will try sweet potatoes :)

6 months

Time is going so fast, I can't believe Brooke is now a 1/2 of a year old. She can be very happy and smiles a lot at times. She still loves watch Chloe play and make her laugh. She is now rolling very well side to side and can roll from one side of the room to the other and offically is getting into things, yesterday she got a book off of her bookcase and started chewing on it :). No teeth in sight yet but I think it won't be too much long!

Discovery Center

We went to the discovery center with a friend of Chloe's named Addie. It's basically a children's museum. The girls had a lot of fun. There favorite areas were the kitchen of the different countries pretending to make food and play. Chloe also really liked the pineapple field were they planted and picked pineapples and making leis with wooden beads. It was a fun day :)

swim lessons

Chloe started to take swim lessons and loves it :) She is doing very well and is excited to learn how to swim!
