Nutcracker

Chloe and I went on a mother daughter date this past weekend. We both had a great time going out for pizza then to watch the nutcracker ballet. I figured after taking ballet for 2 years she would enjoy this, and she did! Cameras weren't allowed inside but I took a picture outside before going in and then at intermission once we had bought a little nutcracker. The other day before school she wanted to take 2 more pictures with her nutcracker one with his mouth closed and one with it open :) Her favorite scenes were the uncle doing magic tricks and the little mice

Holiday Fun

It sure has been a busy month but the girls are really enjoying all the holiday fun. From special Holiday treats, the decorations, fun train rides, school singing program, nightly neighborhood walks to look at the lights, advent calendar, a light parade and christmas caroling. Brooke loves the lights and tree (so does Chloe of coarse). It's been a lot of fun :)

Brooke Turns 10 months

 Brooke is getting to be such a big girl. She is pulling to stand more and can stand very steady for a few minutes. She is starting to eat some table food, she loves bananas, rice crackers with almond butter, kiwi, and will eat some peas. She really likes to crawl around on her belly and likes to play and sleep on her side. She is a lot of fun to watch and play with now! This month for her pictures she really wanted to eat the sign and if you look closely you can see a piece of sign on her face she spit out :)

Brooke Turns 9 Months

Brooke is getting so big and so fast! I can't believe she is 3/4 of a year old! She is much faster at the low crawl now and can prop herself up on her side. She also pulled herself to stand for the first time the other day and is working on getting her 5th tooth this week! She is a busy little baby that loves to smile and be carried by mom :)
P.S. The sign is getting yummier by the month :)

The Pool party

Chloe loves the water and wanted a pool party again this year. We had 16 families that attended so plenty of friends to play with from Stroller strides, church and school :). Chloe had a blast swimming, playing, eating, doing the pinata and having cupcakes and the weather could not have been better!!

Chloe turns 5

Chloe sure had a busy and fun Birthday. Her birthday was on a Friday this year so I made her class cupcakes and she went to school. She was excited her teacher made her a special birthday hat and was happy to share her cupcakes with her classmates. Once home she opened the gifts from family and played a bit. The day was finished off at chuck e cheese for a close friend's birthday party. (their birthdays are just one day a apart) Chloe has grown so much and is such a sweet little girl!

Halloween

The girls had a fun time at the potluck at the park before heading out for trick or treat. Chloe was Ariel and Brooke was her side kick Sebastian (Costume handmade by Grammie) Chloe was very excited daddy bought glow stick and braclets for her and her friends. We went to some house on our way back from the park to our house. Once home Chloe loved handing out candy to the kids coming to our house and seeing all of their costumes. A few cute pictures very hard to get one with both girls looking/happy :)
