Pat's Graduation

Well it's hard to believe we have lived in Hawaii for a year and Pat has now completed his intern year and moves on to residency. The ceremony was yesterday and Chloe and I attended. It was a nice afternoon, the ceremony was held out in front of the hospital by the flagpole. All the graduates were given several beautiful leis. After they had cookies and cake, we were having trouble getting Chloe to smile for the picture with the standard say cheese line, so I tried say cookie and it worked! I'll attach the both pictures to see the difference

Chloe's first show

On Thursday Chloe and I went to her first show. It was sesame street live at the concert hall downtown. Chloe loved it! All the characters were deciding what they wanted to be when they grew up. So lots of singing and dancing I must admit it was even fun for me especially to see Chloe so excited. It was also great to sit around friends because we had gone with a group of moms from exercise class and Chloe sat next to her good friend Scott.

more fun

We had so much fun with Nana and Grampa. Nana, Chloe and I checked out the pineapple plantation. We all visited pearl harbor, more beaches, waikiki and Kauloa Ranch. Chloe had a blast at the ranch patting the animals they had there, to include horses, pigs, sheep and goats. She was afraid of the horse at first but warmed up and loved them. Pat, mom, Chloe and I also went to Waimea falls. It was a wonderful trip!
